About Us
Welcome to Designer Alterations. We are a family-owned business that has served the Windward area with quality service for over 30 years. We specialize in clothing alterations for men, women, and children. We don't make new clothes or fabrications. If you have any questions about an alteration, please call us or stop by. For pricing or quotes, we are unable to give quotes over the phone so please bring your garments in. We don't take appointments and we are walk-in only. Our last fitting is at 3:30 PM. If you have multiple items that need fitting, please come before 3:00 PM to avoid having to come another day. As a solo owner-operator, we have limited capabilities.
Payment is received upfront prior to service. We do not accept credit cards. Our turnaround time is typically one week but may take longer according to the busyness of the season and the complexity of the item. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
